Fabio Lenzo created the Bruco chocolate line from a recipe passed down to him by his grandmother, Bruna. Bruna was a country doctor in the Marches region of eastern Italy. Fabio's grandfather, Constantino, brought his homemade chocolates to his wife's patients. Constantino's chocolates were very unique.
